Run the whole grow room from one place.

Industrial sensors, dosing pumps that count what they deliver, and equipment control, with a phone app and a browser portal where every user sees their own rooms.

  • RS-485 Modbus sensors, IP65 to IP68
  • A motor encoder on every pump
  • Signed firmware updates
  • Data hosted in the EU

How it works

Plug in. Measure. Control.

One controller per room. Everything else connects to it with a single cable, and its built-in gateway puts the room in your pocket.

  1. 01

    Plug in

Air sensors, water probes and up to ten dosing pumps each connect with one RJ45 cable that carries power and data. Start small and add channels later.

  2. 02

    Measure and dose

The controller reads every sensor over industrial RS-485 buses. Each pump has its own driver and encoder, and stops itself on a stall or a time limit.

  3. 03

    See and control

The gateway reports to the cloud over your WiFi. Readings, alarms, schedules and control, in the phone app and in any browser.

How the system fits together

The hardware

Four building blocks. One cable each.

Every sensor and pump plugs into the controller with a single RJ45 cable carrying power and data.

Try it

This is what the portal feels like.

An interactive demo with invented numbers. Switch equipment, dispense a dose and watch the confirmation steps and alarms, as in the real app.

Why GrowRoom

Built for rooms where a failure costs a crop.

Industrial parts, and software tested mostly for the unpleasant cases: power cuts, dropped connections, and one customer seeing another's data.

Industrial sensors

RS-485 Modbus probes rated IP65 to IP68, the wiring standard of greenhouses and process plants. The water-chemistry bus is electrically isolated.

Pumps that count their dose

Every pump has its own driver board and motor encoder. It stops itself on a stall or time limit, and one failure leaves the other nine running.

Your rooms, online

Sign in on any browser or phone. Live readings, history, schedules, alarms and control, all tied to your own account.

Roles and records

Owner, admin, operator and viewer. Every control command is recorded with who sent it and what happened.

Alarms that find you

Warning and critical limits per sensor, and an alarm when the room stops reporting at all.

Safe updates

Signed gateway updates, released to one room first. A failed update leaves the old version running.

When things go wrong

Designed for the 3 a.m. failure.

What the system does when something breaks, with the current test status of each. Nothing here is marked working unless it has been shown to work.

The internet drops Working

After five minutes of silence the cloud raises a "room offline" alarm, and the gateway keeps retrying on its own.

The connection comes back Working

Lights, fans and heaters return to their last state. Irrigation never restarts by itself: water running with nobody there is the riskier mistake.

A pump stalls In development

It stops after two seconds without encoder movement, reports why, and the other pumps carry on. Pumps start disarmed after every power-up.

A gateway update fails Working

The previous firmware keeps running, and an image with a bad signature is refused outright.

Questions

What people ask first.

Short, honest answers. There are more on the FAQ page.

All questions

Does it need the internet?

For now, yes: the app reaches your room through our cloud, and scheduled switching runs there too. Moving schedules onto the controller, so a room keeps its routine offline, is required before launch.

Will it correct my pH and EC automatically?

Not at first. Dosing is manual or scheduled. Automatic correction is planned and will need safeguards such as plausibility checks, daily limits and mixing waits before it ships.

Can I try the software before buying anything?

Yes. Create an account in the portal and add a room: new rooms run on sample data, clearly labelled, so you can explore every screen. Or use the demo on this page.

What does it cost?

Prices are not set yet, so nothing on this site has one. A reservation is a request, not a purchase: we reply with the configuration, price and delivery date, and you decide.
